Prime Office National offers both short and long
term rentals on most business equipment. This includes computers,
printers, fax machines and copiers. We have a large selection of
equipment available for rental, because we are authorised dealers
of most major brands including Brother, Canon, Epson and Sharp.
Rentals can be as short as one day through to several years, although
in most cases our minimum rental is normally one month.

We also have a popular try before you buy option
whereby you can rent an item and thereafter make an offer to purchase.
We offer a proportionate rebate of your rental fees, depending on
the length of time that you have it prior to purchase. If you purchase
within the first month of the rental, all your rental premiums are
rebated, thereafter 50% during the next 2 months and so on.
Both business and individuals can rent the equipment,
which is fully tax deductible if used for business purposes. All
that we require is the completion of a simple application form.
A fully refundable deposit equal to approximately 20% of the value
of the equipment is normally required. Insurance cover is provided
at just $4 per moth per machine. The rental covers the equipment
hire plus maintenance (except where it is caused by the user's negligence).
Consumables such as toner and paper are charged for separately.
Copiers and laser printers also have a per copy maintenance charge
to cover drum and developer usage.
