Prime Office National is an authorised repair centre
for Brother, Canon, Epson, Kyocera, OKI and Sharp products. This
means that our fully trained technicians have attended certified
training courses by the respective manufacturer, and we have access
to all the required spare parts at dealer pricing. Machines are
repaired both within and out of warranty. Maintenance contracts
covering labour plus all parts are available for most types of equipment
that we sell. The contract includes servicing at regular intervals
not exceeding 6 months, unless called out prior to that period.
Repairs can be dropped off at either of our location
at Crows Nest. Alternatively, an on-site service can
be requested within the Sydney metropolitan area. Where required,
a relief machine is made available on a short-term rental or loan
basis depending on the circumstances, and subject to availability.
